What is CIRCUIT?
CIRCUIT is a platform for the live music industry, where artists get booked, venues fill their calendars, and promoters create events and sell tickets. It replaces scattered DMs, spreadsheets and cold emails with one structured workflow that runs from the first enquiry through to the payout after the show.
How do I sign up for CIRCUIT?
Sign up free at app.circuitapp.io. There is no waitlist, no invite code and no card required. Choose whether you are an artist, a venue, a promoter or a fan, and you land straight in the workspace for that role. Every new account starts on a 14 day PRO trial that ends on its own.
Is CIRCUIT free to use?
Yes, CIRCUIT is free to join and free to be discovered on, with no time limit. PRO is optional and adds promoted placement, unlimited booking responses and analytics. It costs £9.99 a month for artists and single venues, £29.99 for promoters, and £19.99 to £49.99 for venue operators running several sites.
What fees does CIRCUIT charge?
Joining, listing and being discovered are free. A booking fee is added when a fan buys a ticket, and the organiser keeps the face value. A platform service fee applies to artist fees and venue hire settled through CIRCUIT, and venues pay no commission on hire at all. Every rate is shown before you confirm anything and set out in full in our terms.
How do artists get paid on CIRCUIT?
Booking fees are held securely rather than passed straight on, and release automatically once the show has happened. The artist is not chasing an invoice weeks later, and the promoter is not paying a stranger up front. Ticket income is held the same way and settles to the organiser after the event.
Who is CIRCUIT for?
CIRCUIT is built for three roles: artists who want to be booked, venues who want to fill open nights, and promoters who build events and sell tickets. Fans can also hold an account to buy tickets or hire a room for a private event. One login covers every role you hold, with each workspace kept separate.
Can I use CIRCUIT outside the UK?
Yes. Anyone, anywhere can join, build a profile, be discovered and book, and fans can buy tickets with a card from any country. Getting paid through CIRCUIT needs a UK bank account for now, because payouts settle in pounds. Payouts in more countries are on the roadmap, though we have not announced dates.
Is there a CIRCUIT mobile app?
Yes, for iPhone: CIRCUIT is on the App Store, with the same account you use on the web. An Android app is on the way and is not released yet. Until then the web app works on any phone and can be installed to your home screen, which covers bookings, tickets and door scanning.
