Every account starts on a 14 day Pro trial with no card up front. In the last 3 days you'll get in-app reminders, and when it ends your account moves to the Free plan automatically. Your data stays intact and nothing is charged unless you choose to upgrade.

You keep 100% of face value. The booking fee is paid by the fan at checkout, and it is lower than Eventbrite or Skiddle charge. It is itemised as a separate line, never folded into the ticket price, and card processing is included in it. The rate is the same on Free and Pro, shown before your tickets go on sale, and set out in our terms.

Yes, and there are no lock-ins. Moving between Free and Pro, or between venue tiers, takes effect straight away and is prorated, so you pay only the difference for the rest of the month rather than a full second charge. Cancelling leaves you on Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, then moves you to Free with your data intact.

By how many venues the account holds: £9.99 a month for one, £19.99 for two to five, and £49.99 for six or more with no cap. Every tier is cheaper than running that many separate logins, which is what venue groups had to do before one account could hold several sites. Nothing else about Pro changes between the tiers. If you add a venue that needs a bigger tier we tell you which one and what it costs before anything is charged, and you can move up or down at any time.

The verified badge signals to bookers that your profile has been reviewed by CIRCUIT. It appears on your public profile and in search results, and has been shown to increase booking and enquiry rates on comparable platforms.

Yes. When a booking is paid through CIRCUIT, a platform service fee is deducted from the booking amount before the money is released. It is well below what booking agencies charge for the same introduction, and unlike any of them we hold the money until after the show, so the artist is not carrying the risk of not being paid. This is separate from ticket sales, where the fan pays the fee and you keep 100% of face value. Standalone invoices processed outside CIRCUIT's payment flow are not subject to platform fees. The exact rate is shown on the booking before you fund it and listed in our terms.

A promoter paying a venue through CIRCUIT is charged a fee on top of the amount, and the venue receives its money in full. Venues pay no commission on hire, on either plan. Card processing is included. Paying through CIRCUIT is optional, and a hire settled directly between the two of you carries no fee at all.

A venue can attach a minimum spend to a hire, with the terms agreed in writing before the night rather than arriving as a surprise invoice afterwards. Nothing is charged on a figure the two of you have not both agreed. The details are shown when you set up the hire.
